By creating a Bivlo account or using any part of the Bivlo service, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use Bivlo.

Bivlo provides AI-powered writing tools for small business owners, including review reply generation, email drafting, bio writing, and promotional caption generation. The service is provided on an as-is basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time with reasonable notice.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. Each account is for a single user — sharing accounts is not permitted. You must be 18 or older to use Bivlo.

You agree not to use Bivlo to generate content that is false, misleading, defamatory, harassing, or illegal. You may not use Bivlo to spam, to impersonate others, or to generate content for platforms that prohibit AI-assisted responses in their terms. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-generated content before publishing it.

Bivlo uses AI to generate text. AI can make mistakes, produce inaccurate information, or generate content that is not appropriate for your specific situation. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any content before use. Bivlo makes no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will not be charged again but will retain Pro access until the period ends. We do not offer refunds for partial months. All payments are processed by Paddle, our payment provider.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to Bivlo. The AI-generated outputs produced from your content are yours to use. Bivlo retains ownership of all software, design, and infrastructure that powers the service.

Bivlo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these terms or your use of Bivlo is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Upon termination, your access to the service ends and your data will be deleted within 30 days.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email of any significant changes. Continued use of Bivlo after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
