Overview
Bivlo is a small business toolkit built with your privacy in mind. We collect only what we need to run the service and never sell your data to anyone. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and what control you have.
What we collect
- —Account information — your name and email address when you sign up.
- —Business profile data — your business name, type, and tone preferences.
- —Content you generate — the review text, email content, or promotion details you submit to our tools, and the AI-generated outputs we create for you.
- —Usage data — how many generations you have used this month, which tools you use, and when.
- —Technical data — your IP address, browser type, and pages visited, for security and performance monitoring.
What we do not collect
We do not collect payment card details — payments are handled by Paddle, our payment processor, who has their own privacy policy. We do not collect data about your customers, and we do not track you across other websites.
How we use your data
We use your data to provide and improve the Bivlo service, to send you transactional emails (like account confirmations and receipts), and to enforce our Terms of Use. We do not use your content to train AI models. We do not send marketing emails without your consent.
AI processing
When you use our tools, your submitted content is sent to Groq to generate AI responses. Groq processes this data according to their privacy policy. We do not store your submitted content indefinitely — review and email text is stored only as part of your reply history, which you can delete at any time.
Data retention
Your account data is retained as long as your account is active. Reply history is stored for your reference and can be deleted at any time from your dashboard. If you delete your account, all your personal data is permanently removed within 30 days.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. You can update your profile in Settings, delete your reply history from the History page, or contact us to request full account deletion.
Cookies
We use only essential cookies required to keep you signed in and to protect your session. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking.
