Refund Policy

Our commitment
We want you to be genuinely happy with Bivlo. If something is not working as expected, we will do our best to make it right — whether that means fixing the issue or issuing a refund.
Free plan
The free Starter plan has no cost, so no refunds apply. You can use it indefinitely without any charge.
Pro plan — 7-day trial
Every new Pro subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be billed at all.
Pro plan — refund eligibility
If you are charged for a Pro subscription and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the charge. We ask that you contact us first so we can understand the issue — many problems can be resolved quickly and we would prefer to help you get value from the product rather than simply issue a refund.
After 14 days
After the 14-day window, we generally do not issue refunds for the current billing period. However, we will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances such as extended service outages or billing errors on our part.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, email us at support@bivlo.co with the email address associated with your account and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5–10 business days.
Cancellation
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future charges immediately. You retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period — we do not prorate partial months, but you will not be charged again after cancellation.
Processing
All payments and refunds are processed by Paddle, our payment provider. Refund timelines depend on your bank or card issuer and are typically 5–10 business days after we approve the request.
